Tom Ngobi – Division Manager, WASH and Community Empowerment

After graduating from Rochester Christian University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Tom returned to Uganda and began working for Kibo. He helped implement the Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) curriculum as part of the WASH program, and now leads the WASH and Community Empowerment programs as a Program Coordinator. Tom is married to Irene, who is Kibo’s Community Health Education Manager and Staff Health Director, and they have three children. Tom is very involved in his community, serving on the boards of Harding Christian Academy, Busoga Bible School, and Busoga New Testament Churches of Christ. He loves spending time with his family, working on projects around his house, and watching sports with friends.
