Mary-Margaret Watson – Executive Director

Executive Director Mary-Margaret Watson has been in love with Uganda since her first visit in 1996. She has a bachelor’s degree in education and worked as a teacher and school administrator for several years. Prior to coming onboard with Kibo, she served as the Dean of Students at Metro Christian Academy in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She currently is pursuing a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management at Johns Hopkins University. Mary-Margaret lives in Searcy with her husband Todd, and they have three kids. She a big fan of relationship and community development and the Kibo Way, and strives to practice it in her daily life. One way she does this in her own community is by serving on the board for CASA White County.
